Acid Treated Starch speciality:

1. White or white powder, odorless, tasteless, more soluble in cold water, about 75℃ began gelatinization, the same concentration of acid-modified starch starch paste viscosity is lower than the corresponding viscosity of the same type of starch paste, the concentration of more than 10g/100ml gelatinization liquid can be cooled to form a gel state.

2. The gelatinability and gel strength of starch treated with acid increase, and the ratio of cold viscosity to hot viscosity increases.

3 Acid modified starch has lower hot paste viscosity and higher hot paste fluidity.The relative molecular weight of acid-modified starch components decreased with increasing mobility.
